Kids Corner Design for Telemach Stores: Creating an Interactive Family Experience

For this retail project, Ollo Studio designed a dedicated Kids Corner concept for Telemach (United Group) stores, transforming an unused area into an engaging space where children can play while parents explore the store. In addition to the Kids Corner, the project included integrating the new children's TV remote into existing promotional display tables, ensuring it became a natural part of the customer journey.
Designing a Family-Friendly Retail Experience
The Kids Corner was created to improve the in-store experience for families by providing children with an interactive and safe area while parents receive assistance from sales consultants.


Integrating the Kids Corner into Existing Stores
Rather than creating a standalone installation, the challenge was to design a solution that fits naturally within Telemach's existing retail concept and can be implemented across multiple store locations.
Presenting the Children's TV Remote
Alongside the Kids Corner, we developed a presentation concept for Telemach's children's TV remote, integrating it into the existing promotional display tables without requiring a complete redesign.


Exploring Multiple Design Directions
Throughout the project, multiple concepts were created and evaluated, comparing different forms, colours, interactive features and presentation methods before arriving at the final solution.

From Concept to 3D Visualisation
Every proposal was developed through realistic 3D visualisations, allowing the client to compare concepts, evaluate the spatial experience and confidently select the final design before implementation.
