A well-designed workplace supports collaboration, productivity and employee wellbeing. In this office project, the focus was on creating a flexible workspace that reflects the company's identity while solving the technical challenges of a modern working environment.
Optimising the Office Layout
The first step was analysing how the team works and organising the floor plan to improve communication, circulation and the efficient use of space.
Balancing Collaboration and Privacy
One of the biggest challenges was finding the right balance between open work areas and spaces for focused work and meetings.

Coordinating Technical Infrastructure
Modern offices rely on carefully planned electrical, lighting, network and HVAC systems. These were integrated into the design from the beginning to ensure a clean and functional workspace.
Designing Custom Storage and Workstations
Custom furniture was developed to maximise storage, organise equipment and create ergonomic workstations that make everyday tasks more efficient.

Visualising the Office Before Construction
Realistic 3D visualisations helped the client understand the proposed layout, materials and atmosphere before moving into the construction phase.

At Ollo Studio, we design workplaces that combine functionality, technical precision and contemporary aesthetics. From workplace strategy and floor plans to 3D visualisations and detailed technical documentation, we help businesses create offices that support both people and performance.
