Sales Booth Design for Telemach, UG

Designed by Ollo Studio, this sales booth concept continues the retail design developed for Telemach stores. Originally designed for the Croatia region, the concept was later implemented across Telemach retail locations in multiple United Group markets, ensuring a consistent brand presence in shopping centres throughout the region.
Exploring Different Design Concepts
The project began with a series of concept studies exploring different forms, layouts and customer experiences. Multiple design proposals were developed before selecting the final direction, allowing us to evaluate how the booth could best communicate the Telemach brand while remaining functional in a busy shopping centre.


Extending the Retail Identity
The booth follows the same design language as the Telemach retail stores designed by Ollo Studio. Colours, materials and architectural details create a consistent customer experience while adapting the brand to a smaller retail format.

An Open Customer Experience
Unlike many traditional shopping centre kiosks, the booth was designed as an open space that customers can walk into rather than simply approach from the outside. This creates a more welcoming environment and allows visitors to comfortably discuss subscriptions, devices and services without standing in the middle of a busy shopping mall corridor.

Designing for Different Placement Scenarios
Sales booths are installed in a variety of locations, each with its own opportunities and constraints. During the design process, we developed several layout variations for island locations, corner positions and booths placed alongside walls or partitions.
Each version preserves the same visual identity while responding to the specific conditions of its location and ensuring clear customer access from every direction.



From Concept to Visualisation
The project was developed through floor plans, technical documentation and realistic 3D visualisations, allowing every aspect of the customer journey, branding and functionality to be refined before production.
