For this project, Ollo Studio designed a Shop-in-Shop concept for Telemach that combines digital interaction with traditional retail. The goal was to create a compact, self-service retail solution where customers can explore services, purchase subscriptions and packages, and conveniently collect their orders in-store.

Exploring the concept
Telemach Retail Concept - Scalable solutions
Before defining the final Shop-in-Shop concept, we explored several design directions, testing different forms, layouts and product presentation strategies. Each concept evaluated how the interactive station could communicate the Telemach brand and solutions while creating an intuitive customer experience within a compact footprint.

Scalability Design Exploration
After establishing the core design language, the next phase focused on adaptability across the United Group retail network. The objective was to develop a Shop-in-Shop system that could be easily customised for different countries, brands and product portfolios while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
Various layouts were explored, testing different product configurations, digital content, branding elements and merchandising strategies. This flexible approach ensures that each market can tailor the Shop-in-Shop to its specific offering while remaining visually aligned with the overall retail identity.

Combining Digital and Physical Sales
A key challenge was connecting digital purchasing with physical retail. Customers can purchase mobile packages and subscriptions through interactive screens and then complete the collection process directly in-store.

Integrating Product Displays
In addition to digital services, the Shop-in-Shop includes dedicated areas for accessories and prepaid SIM packages displayed on retail hooks, allowing customers to browse complementary products while using the interactive station.
From Concept to Production
The project was developed through shape exploration, technical drawings and realistic 3D visualisations, enabling the client to evaluate the customer experience and optimise the design before manufacturing.
